Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman was an American female gymnast and a captain of the US women's Olympic gymnastics the 2012 Fierce Five team as well as in the year 2016. The Final Five. In the 2012 Olympics she was awarded gold on both the floor for the team and in individual events. The bronze medal was awarded through her balance bar. It made her one of the very first American gymnast to compete at the Olympics to earn the most medals. The gold medal she won at the Olympics in 2016 was her second consecutive gold for the United States team. This made her, and teammates Gabby and Gabby one of the very first Americans to be able to complete this achievement. Also, she received silvers for individual all-around and for floor work. After the second Olympics she was off for three years from gymnastics. Furthermore she was part of two gold-winning American team in gymnastics. Aly began gymnastics lessons at age 2 and loves exercises on the floor. Aly is a supporter for the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organisation in memory her grandmother, who passed away due to cancer. Aly hopes to achieve the opportunity to have a career that is successful in the field of fashion. Her signature leotards as well as socks, and other clothing will be expanded in the near future. She is writing a book entitled Fierce to be published later this year.
